Travel planning & bookings

Crafted Horizons offers personalised travel support, including research, recommendations, and booking assistance.

Any bookings made are subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant travel supplier, such as airlines, hotels, tour operators, or booking platforms.

Once a booking is confirmed, your contract is directly with the supplier providing the travel service.

Pricing, availability & changes

Prices, availability, and offers are subject to change and cannot be guaranteed until a booking is confirmed.

We will always aim to provide accurate information, but final pricing and conditions are determined by the travel supplier at the time of booking.

Cancellations & amendments

Cancellation and amendment policies vary depending on the supplier and booking type.

Any changes or cancellations requested after booking will be handled in line with the supplier’s terms and may incur fees or charges.

Travel protection

All travel bookings are made through ABTA & ATOL-protected partners where applicable.

Where applicable, travel protection applies through the relevant supplier or partner used for your booking. Full details will be provided at the time of booking.

Liability

While we take care in recommending trusted partners, Crafted Horizons is not responsible for the delivery of services provided by third-party travel suppliers.

Any issues relating to the provision of travel services should be raised directly with the supplier, in accordance with their terms and conditions.

All content on this website, including text and images, is owned by or licensed to Crafted Horizons unless otherwise stated.
